This is definitely important for the Ab Doer beginner. Though the machine is made it easy and fun for anybody to use, do not ever over do it. Start 2 reps for each exercise and increase more as you go by. I started my exercise only 10 minutes at a time and only once a week. Personally I think the important part is that we need to consistently work out.
